The instead Guarantee

If for any reason you, the consumer, are not satisfied with the performance of your instead plan, we will refund to you the purchase price or provide you with a replacement instead product. Please contact Customer Service at either support@chooseinstead.com or 1-866-839-8528. Proof of purchase will be required for refund or replacement.

instead will refund or replace units as determined within instead's sole discretion, within 60 days of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by original purchase receipt or the instead-provided order number. instead will credit the purchaser their purchase price in the original form of payment. To get instructions on how to return an instead product, please contact us at support@chooseinstead.com or 1-866-839-8528. instead will only accept returns purchased directly from instead. All other returns should be processed through the retailer at which the unit was purchased.
